You are now in an agreement with FinderMonkey Ltd. This agreement states:

• We will locate the exact person you are looking for within the agreed time frame
• Once we have located the exact person, we will contact you for full payment
• Payments can be made over the phone, via our secure site, by cheque or postal order
• If we cannot find the person you have instructed us to find there is no charge
• Should we require further information, we will contact you directly. If we do not require any further information, we will not contact you again until we either locate your subject or inform you that your search has been unsuccessful
• Once payment has been made for the full amount, your results will be emailed to you by close of business the same working day
• Your statutory rights are not affected
